The shoe polish nourishes the leather of your Blundstones and makes the shoes water-repellent again. Use the shoe polish on smooth leather shoes. You can also use the Blundstone shoe polish for nubuck and suede, but keep in mind that the colour may turn darker and the rustic nubuck colour will become a bit more shiny / smooth.Shoe polish
Blundstone shoe polish is the product to maintain leather shoes
By treating the leather shoes with the wax, you keep dirt at bay. The polish soaks into the pores of the leather and results in the leather remaining supple. If you have a favourite pair of Blundstone or other leather shoes and want them to last, treat the shoes well. Maintenance is also very important for work shoes. Blundstone's shoe polish is great for treating your leather shoes, leather work shoes whether they are women's or men's shoes. Using shoe polish also protects the shoes from stains and from rain.
Water-repellent and supple leather
Treating your shoes with Blundstone shoe polish makes them water-repellent again. When you buy a pair of Blundstone shoes, you certainly don't need to treat the shoes with shoe polish, as the men's and women's shoes have been made water-repellent at manufacture. However, you will have to maintain the shoes yourself to keep the leather supple. It is important to keep the leather supple. If you do not treat the shoes, the leather may crack. So keep an eye on the status of your leather shoes yourself and treat them with shoe polish when you see that they need nourishment.
On what types of leather can you use shoe polish?
You can only use shoe polish on smooth leathers. You can also use Blundstone shoe polish on waxed suede. Please note that the colour may turn out darker.

If your Blundstones got wet during a walk in the woods or wet while shopping, do not put the boots under a heater or other heat source. Let the shoes dry naturally.
Dirty Blundstones? What next?
If your shoes got dirty after all the hard work or hobbying and you want to polish the boots, rinse your Blundstones with water. After you have rinsed the men's or women's shoes, treat them with shoe polish. This will keep the leather supple and absorb nutrition through the treatment of shoe polish.
